Protek Credit Advisors, Roy Watson, Omar Taylor Roy Watson of Prteck phoned my office and informed that my husband was approved of a 5,000 loan. He asked that we send over 16% Collateral loan of $800 to a gentleman by the name of Omar Taylor. This is a scam. Discovered they faxed from a convient store on 7/25/08 13:18 905-201-8870 Wilmington DE / North York, Ontario Delaware

On July 25th, a gentlemen identifying himself by the name of Roy Watson from Protek credit service phoned my place of employment informaing that my husband and I were approved of a 5,000 loan. We had been applying for bad credit lonas and I thought he was a real advisor. He then faxed over the contract and it stated that i would need to provide his company with $800. up front as a 16% collateral loan. He then asked that I fax it to a gentlemen by the name of Omar taylor in Canada and then assured that the funds would be deposited into my account bySaturday at 1:00pm. Mr. Watson also stated that i would be refunded the sending fee of 66.00 as well. I trusted his proposal and didn't think that we were being set-up. On Saturday the funds wern't deposted as promised and I phoned the company only to be told that my credit application was on hold. He told me that i would need to call back at a later date. I then got my husabnd involved and told him that I believed we were scammed. They have a web-site posted and Mr Watson answers the phone number of 1-800-531-4607 ext 283 as though he's a business man. He then told me that my money was picked up in Canada by brinks truck and that if i wanted a refund it would be returned within 7-14 business days. After reviewing my documents i called the fax number back and it was a number in candaa 905-201-8877 at a convience corner store. I felt betrayed and called him back and he advised that all the managers were in a meeting and I needed to call back in 20 minutes very unprofessionally. My concern now is that I would hate for this compnay to go after another victim and scam then of money as they have done too me. Please let me know if you can help with this matter. I'm preparing to go to the raleigh, NC local police dept to file a complaint and see how they can assist with finding the people repsonsible. Give them a call they will answer and say they are credit advisors. What a scam, I feel realy bad as me and my husabnd took all we had thinking we were getting a loan . I have children to feed and son't know what were going to do. Thank you for your time.
