Providesupport.com I was checking into usafreephone.com and it sends you to providesupport.com Internet

I was checking in this usafreephone.com and was trying to talk to someone at their customer service which says "order specialist" but I think I was getting a BOT because after several attempt to talk to someone I kept getting in a chat room with someone it says this

I have signed in several times and keep getting the same message, now we all know if this was a real support center you would not get the same operator each time. why does it say Adriane then say it is an Anthony? And why does he not answer me and then keeps signing off!! This is obviously a ripoff !!! No legitimate company would be so rude.

so i do not which company to report but all of them. USAfreephone thier supposedly support at the prepaidworx which address says this http://messenger.providesupport.com/messenger/prepaidworxlive.html

Or the name on the sign up page for usafreephone.com which says this at top of page ANGLES communication solutions. I am very confused.

Hi Debora.....I just used the chat for this company and here is the chat log. Bris answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I have searched the internet for any complaints on this company. I decided to try here and yours was the ony one. I do believe this company is legit. Hope this helps. Dana, Alex City, AL

I have lifeline phone service with American Dialtone. I rec'd an ad in the mail for your service. My bill for the other service is due tomorrow. Your service is $25 a month, no more? I tried calling your # but it says all circuits are busy. How long will it take to get service from you if I order it online? I like to change my # and get it unlisted. Will that cost extra?

    if you receive government assistance the plan will be $25 monthly , and to have the # changed we have 2 options, you can wait for that service to be completely disconnected and we can give you service with a new #, or we can process order as an additional line if your house is equipped for 2 lines, and to have the unlisted , there will be an extra charge monthly of $9.99

    I am on SSD, SSI, food stamps, Medicare, Medicaid. I can cancel the other service to disconnect before I obtain service with you. If I do that, how long will it take to get service from you?

    once that # is completely disconnected, we usually take within 5-7 days to have service activated

    Okay is there a charge to have my # from you unlisted?

    to have the unlisted , there will be an extra charge monthly of $9.99

    After disconnect from othr company, why so long to get service from you?

    it might take less time, it usually take within 5 to 7 day

    I haven't looked on getting your service online. Is there a form I will have to print out to mail to you for proof I'm on govt. assiatance?
