Prudeep Kinger Joshua Kinger pathological Lier, con artist, ripoff artist, desperate to steal you money! Internet
I am a single mom with a daughter who has scoliosis and my elderly dad lives with me and we looked a property Joshua Kinger owns at 121 Palm Breeze de in Edgewater, Fl. My daughter got accepted into the New Smyrna Beach High School Marine Accademy and we wanted to live as close to the water as possible. At first, Purdeep "Joshua" Kinger seemed honest, but it waskinda strange for the lady he introduced to be his wife at the house really did not seem to be his wife nor the mother of his son who was also with him as she acted and looked more like the nanny and later found a court case against him from his wife for divorce and a restaining order against him a few years ago. that was dropped.
well, we liked the property but really did not want to move before September first or even later but we had lots to move so a little earlier might be ok. well so much about the house he advertised was false as he said the house was 2700 sq ft. then it changed to 2300. and said it had a nice tiki bar on the patio outside the family room and you could listen to the water fountain outside in the yard and sit in the swing and watch the boats and manatees from the yard. well it had a yard and you could see the water. but no swing, no tiki bar and no family room. and the pictures of the house all included those things. but he blamed his realtor for that ad...but as you can see. the link he provided came from his kingersons.com website. well we could live without that stuff. but the measurements of the rooms were wrong and he replaced the nice refrigerator in the picture with a nasty piece of junk that he said he did not know where it came from as they took the other to their new house in daytona. and even took the connection to the faucet sink that had a water purifier hooked to it and left it with nothing.
again, i was willing to work it out if we could figure out the rent. and he said in front of his "wife" and infront of my daughter who was also there that we could start moving things in immediately and rent would not start until Aug. 15th, 2012. even though we did not want to do anything til at least Sept. 1st 2012. and then texted me the next day that he would come down on the price to 1345 with a 3 yr contract which i think is illegal for residential in forida and that if i put down a 500.00 deposit, that he would refuse anymore calls on his craigslist ad and take down the ad(which he never did) and we could start moving things in immediately and we would take care of the contract later in the week. So my daughter and i drove to his house saturday about 1pm. and as i started to write the check, he said he could only take cash as he had been burned before(and yes. i know why now) & so would I after he lied to us). and my bank happened to be open til 3pm on saturdays. so we stopped by there before going to the property. and i asked him along the way if he had the keys and the keys to the shed also and he said yes. and we had brought our two bar stools to see if they fit at the counter and were going to leave them as he had said we could start moving stuff in immediately after he got his CASH. well, after we got there and i looked into the attic to see the attic space and checked out the house again, i said he could leave as we had some more measuring to do in the rooms and he said he had to lock up and could not leave us there alone and i said no, he was suppose to give us the keys so we could start moving stuff in. and omg. i should have called the police immeditately and demanded my money back as the lies just started building up. it would not be safe. or legal. or whatever for him to let us move stuff in. as we were not moving yet...but just boxes etc. and then. oh "his lawyer" had to work on the lesae agreement. etc. which was also b.s.!! So Joushua said he would send me a temporary one on sunday til he go the final from his lawyer on monday. then i got a sob story on sunday about sunday being the only day with his family. and that is fine but dont lie to me about what you say or do! then finally on the next saturday. after i had asked several times for the lease agreement to be sent to me. as he had agreed we could repaint the awlful orange shutters on the house and build a patio firepit, and cut some shrubs. and i would not be held to the lease if my dad passed away. and some other stuff. well he sent me a friggin 24 page lease and none of the stuff we talked about was in it. and i spent a good 3 hours just going over the first 10 pages with crazy stuff that was in it. like him telling me i could not have a gun on the premises. etc. i told him i did not know where he found this lease but it sounded like a commercial agreement. and of course at the end of it. he listed all of the cost of the repairs once you move out. that of course was way more that the security deposit so he had not intentions of ever giving it back. and he kept saying he never said we could start moving stuff in after i gave him the 500.00 deposit. and my daughter was ther to hear it and i always save my text message...so i sent our conversation to him in black and white verbatim. and our emails. and am putting them together as well to take him to small claims court as he stole 500 from me , my daughter, and my dad. and wasted so much of my time. and only after a week of talking with him, my dad was having health issues and still is. so i told him to just return my deposit as the free 15 days he was gonna give us was dwindling away and with my dad sick, i did not want to move till i knew what was going on and we would not be held to the lease anyway if something happened to him so we would wait and if the place was still available in a month or so, then we would talk again. and then he says he would extend the time for me to move in to sept. 1st. and still give me 15 days. but he had also added the water deposit and stuff that he had said he wanted to keep in his names. finally i just said. give me back my chairs and i will see you in small claims court.
i work in edgewater and am over there several times a week and kept asking him to meet me there so i could get my stools or have his "wife" met me as i really did not want to meet him or see him ever again. and he said he was willing to come down on the rent to 1195. and we could still have the 15days. but that if i did not , that he was keeping my 500 dollars as per our agreement for me to move in on aug. 15th. finally on aug 21 at 7pm i texted him again about getting my stools and he said he could meet me now. so i said ok. even though i was 40 min away. at least i could get them. and then another lie. such a patholigical lier. he said they were not at the house, they were at his house now. and i asked him if he was over there that day why didnt he call me to meet him as i was in edgewater that day...and he said he had gone ove at 10pm the night before and gotten them...which i knew was another lie and told my daughter that because on occasion i would drive down that street to see if he had rented it yet with my stools still in it. and just that day i had a person to see on that street so i turned around in the driveway as it is a dead end road and i SAW MY STOOLS still there. but i drove to meet him at the cvs...as he said he would meet me there...and when i was about 5 min away. he called to see where i was and said he was at the cvs and was going to the gorcery store to get milk and i could wait another 10 min. and i knew he must be running behind and still had to go by the house to get the stools to cover up another one of his pathological lies. so i drove straight to the property instead. and i got ther before him and i saw him turn around because he knew he had been caught red handed in one of his lies he could not squeel out of . and then was yelling at me to get off his property and he was calling the police for me trespassing. and i told him to go get my frigging stools and give them to me and get some help with his patholigical lies! and then he set the stools outside of his van and i put them in my car and drove away. and now he has the property advertised again on craigslist dated the 18th of aug and there is alot that has changed in his ad. he took some of the false advertising out. and came down on the starting price. but i am so thankful that I dont have to deal with him as my landlord as there is no telling what lies he would tell to steal a buck from any and everyone. go look at his lawsuits. on clerk.org page and even his own family had some against him. so if anyone can help me get my money back without having to go to small claims court, that sure would be a blessing. as i have enough to deal with now in finding a nice place near the water if possible so my daughters last 3 years of highschool will be nice and full of glorious memories and God directed and honest. and now she well knows how people will cheat you if they can. but you have to stand your ground. even if you loose. as God will have his justice on those who cheat others. and for those who may deal with Prudeep "Josua" Kinger. dont be fooled by him like i was. i had seen one complaint on him from his ac units and did not really believe it. but I sure wish i did now as it has cost me well over my 500 dollar deposit. with gas and time and energy wasted . ok Im turing it over to you Lord. thanks for reading this and do take it to heart as i have no reason to lie about it and all the proof to back up what i have said.
