I have waited on PS2 Covers to send me a package that I ordered almost 30 days ago. In the company's contact info it stated they will take 12-24 hrs to repsond to ALL emails. They did respond to my first email, almost a week later. So then the contacting person who gave his name as Steve said that due to my location, it will take 5-21 days. On the site it only said 5-15 day but in any event I was understanding.

I needed to know how it would be delivered, by which delivery company. There's no World Wide Express in my Country however, I do have DHL and they work alongside World Wide Express which is the Delivery company PS2 Cover uses. Matter of fact PS2 Covers told me that "Console Fever" which is a partner company does all of their billing but PS2 Cover handles all orders and dispatches. This was on my printed receipt.

I ordered on the 4th September they respond on the 13th stating that my order was processed and shipped on the 10th September and that it normally takes between 5-21 days.

They have NEVER sent me an email at least giving me some kind of tracking number which is a service PS2 Supposedly offers. They have never responded to a single email that I sent them informing them that it has far past their website's time frame and the time which they gave me by email.

Hi, I know that I have written about this company before. They have tried to justify themselves but it seems they are inconsistent in giving you what you order. They don't contact buyers even though they state in 24hrs. PS2 Cover I believe can be a rip off. I ordered from them before and after about two months they finally responded to me. I did get my package but after demands. NOT Threats. They told me their server went down. HUMPH!!! They aren't trust worthy. I ordered again from them on January 4th, 2008 and it's now February 22nd at 3:36pm. I know you guys want to play your games but not at the high expense and chance of lose your money. I sent $155.00 and they didn't even respond the second time around. They charge you from Console Fever but as sad as it is don't risk it. I won't say that they suck, but it's not worth the risk.

Hi to all. Apparently, PS2 Covers.com were experiencing difficulties with they're servers. So "THEY" said. But after awhile they came through and every time I sent an email they always responded. They took a really long time (like 3 weeks) after the first confirmation email but because of their servers. They emailed me just about everyday helped me to get my package. My advice to anyone who orders items from any of these companies that sell accessories. They should try and get their packages sent as registered mail. Make them give you a number allowing you to check the postal service to confirm. If not they never sent it. I had ordered my package from October 10th and just got it 12 Nov. Only after they told me they resent my order because the first order got lost.
