Name: John Marino, aka Nick Marino, Butch or Butchie Marino. Works with an associate, a real estate agent named Scott Steinburg, aka Scotty. There was a young girl, about 7 yrs old that was answering the door and directing clients when I first started seeing him for help as well, I never got her name.
Locations: 428 West Main Street, Main Street at the corner of Lafayette, and Downtown New Britain (across from the courthouse, corner of Glen).

He offers all kinds of services, proclaims to be in white light and work for the positive. Claims to be a family man, but the following is true: the man who put me in contact with him worked on a deal with me, and is in real estate; Scott is living with him and is much YOUNGER and very good looking, the kind you would see in a Sugar Daddy type of scenerio. Scott, is a real estate agent and mortgage broker with Michael Ganim, Inc., who I spoke with for help in purchasing a small home. When a few interruptions came up, he assured me that he had someone I could talk to that could help me CLEAR UP THE BAD ENERGY in my path. When I went to his home, which he shared with 'John', a portly little girl came to the door, and assured me to come in and wait for 'her father', as he was 'with someone'. I was just grateful to have found someone who could help me, that I was not paying attention to that it was daytime, an obvious school day, and this girl was not in class. 'John' asked me very general questions, made more general comments, and made me feel at ease, like being drawn into the light of the candle he burned. Discussion over, I was instructed to make one large lump sum payment for work that was going to be carried out by him at his home, and by other members of his 'church'. There were people he worked with, that kept the candles lit, and that carried out my work for me. He has so many wonderful things to say about the family, how he owns properties, how wonderful everything is, and it all seemed to make sense.
Here's what didn't make sense: On any other visit, he was out shopping and I'd have to wait until he got back for our appointment. I was happy he was such a family man, but why can't his daughter be in school during the day?? Further, on one other occasion, I was sure there was another woman there for help clearing the bad energy about buying a home, but because 'John' strictly forbade us talking about our work, she refused to tell me more than that. Scott always drove a really nice White BMW, 'John' drives a olive colored Navigator. All members of the family where copious amounts of Gold, and have various diamond rings. The homes contained a flat screen tvs which had to be the largest model any store carries, and furnished in a very lavish manner. Too lavish. I figured out that 'John' has three locations in New Britain, the smallest is right across from the Superiour Court House in New Britain and next to the Criminal Law Office, where he promises to have the ability to take care of any legal problems.

Please be advised that this office represents Nick Marino who owns Victoria Psychic Reader. I am responding on his behalf and on behalf of the indicated entities to the charges made by "FUZZ GURL" and "PEACH" as forwarded to him in a letter from you dated November 12, 2007 and recieved by him on June 11, 2008. Mr. Marino denies all the allegations of "FUZZ GURL" and "PEACH" or contained in the "Ripoff Report". In addition he denies the allegations that: 1. "That Scott Steinberg and he work together where Scott will refer a client to him and that he will advise clients to consult with Scott for a change in residence". DENIED 2. "He keeps his 9 year old daughter home and she does not receive any home schooling". DENIED 3. "A seven year old girl answers the door and directs clients". DENIED 4. "All member of the family wear copious amounts of gold and diamond rings". DENIED Mr. Marino would like to comment on several allegations made by "FUZZ GURL" and "PEACH" by way of clarification as follows: 1. His daughter is home-schooled with the permission of the New Britain Board of Education. She has a Certified State of Connecticut teacher that comes over 5 times a week for 3 hours a day. 2. His normal business charges are as follows: $5.00 for a palm reading; $10.00 for two palms; $35.00 for a reading of tarot cards and $35.00 for a handwriting analysis. There are no other charges. He does not do spiritual healing. He does not charge for spiritual healing. In his own words, he does tell them to believe in God and have faith in the Lord and themselves and to think positively. He does not charge for this advice. 3. Scott's really nice BMW is 10 years old and "BEAT UP" and the olive colored Navigator is 7 year old. 4. My big screen 46" TV is 11 years old that I bought from a yard sale for $100.00. All furniture that I have is from yard sales, tag sales, and flea markets. I cannot afford the "LAVISH" furniture that "FUZZ GURL" claims. "SHE IS CRAZY"! I wish I could buy expensive furniture like she claims I have, but I don't have the means. I am happy for what God gave me today. 5. Scott is not as young as "FUZZ GURL" claims. There is no "sugar daddy" senerio going here. 6. The Psychic business is complety seperate from Scott's Real Estate business. Scott and Nick do not even live with each other. I go on with my business and my personal life, and Scott goes on with his business and his personal life. Everything is seperate. 7. "FUZZ GURL" has "mental issues". She has her own personal problems. She is very unhappy. The relationship she had for many year, left her and her child and got remarried to a lot better person. I would compare this situation to a "FATAL ATTRACTION" story. 8. FUZZ GURL AND PEACH has been friends since the first grade. They have been upset since two years because I would not continue our friendship because they started hanging out with rough characters. They was drinking, throwing wild parties at their houses, a lot of violence surrounds them, and I did not approve of their behavior. One has a child and one practices nursing home care. She would leave her child with numerous people who where not even related to her. I felt hurt for the child. I have fed and cared for Fuzz Gurl, Peach, and the child for many years prior to the fall out. 9. I welcomed them in my home. I have gave them to eat when they needed. I have gave them money for gas, food, and cigarettes. I was there for them for holiday's. I was there for me to listen to their stupidity like all the different guys that they would share and all their negativity. 10. I tried to tell them to think positive. I advised them not to hang around with rough characters. I had to protect my child and my family so I stepped away from them. Now they are going against me and causing a LOT OF TROUBLE, SLANDER, AND FALSE ALLEGATIONS. They have harrassed me through mail, ugly objects at my doors "neighbors witnessed it and identified them", sent things to try and sabatoge my name and my businesses and my relationship with my family, and now this is in my Attorney's hands. 11. If any more allegations or "FALSE REPORTS", or any objects through US Mail, or any allegations against my daughter, my family, or Scott, my Attorney will proceed and make CRIMINAL CHARGES against "Fuzz Gurl" and "Peach". 12. THIS HAS TO STOP. THESE WOMEN ARE DANGEROUS, AND UNRELIABLE. These women should look after their own children, jobs, and careers. I am a regular person just like everyone else is. Scott, my child, or myself has not bothered these women. You can tell that they have nothing better else to do than to sit and write letters. You can tell the type of family background that they come from. That is why I let go from the friendships. I was not brought up like this. I would like to close this on a positive note as everyone should and may I say, God Bless "FUZZ GURL, PEACH, AND THEIR FAMILIES". I trust that this response is sufficient for your purposes...
