Public Storage: Auctioned my entire 1500 sq foot home without informing me Glendale California
Lies from Public Storage Complaint
Description: My belongings have been auctioned without following any protocols. And there response is complete lie. I had an agreement with the regional manager about my payments that would be late by few days not months. This conversation took place back in March after the property manager humiliated me so I escalated the complaint to the regional manager. My payments vs my emails sent to the regional manager are proof as it clearly coincides with the conversations and voice-mails left by me on regional managers VM Not only Public Storage did not follow the protocol but they endangered my belongings and my life as I was expected by attorney of Public Storage to meet an unknown guy Mr. David in Portland with $3000.00 in cash with no police/authorities present. Mr. David would not give his address/ nor an inventory of my belongings. This is outright blackmail and crime in daylight. Public Storage is highly racist and strongly believes in hate crime. The team members of Debra Wright who call themselves Customer Service Managers threatened me to report me to the authorities (although I called them only after July 21st since my lifelong belongings were auctioned), accused me of harassing them and would hang up the phone when I called them for seeking my home back. Here is what Debra Wright's team told me John Glozer: He told me that I have been harassing them that he is going to report me to the authorities Roberta Morales: She recognized my voice and before I could introduce myself, she would say "Oh you are Dee " and hung up. She has done so more than 5 times. Etta: "When will you stop calling here" We will not transfer you to any managers Ann:" I am the manager and I report to the CEO, anything else"
They need to return my home back asap. This is a hate crime which took place openly in daylight.
Public Storage has to Take responsibilty for putting me in dangerous deal with a stranger (Mr. David from Portland, Oregon), for racism , blackmail and theft. Public Storage needs to take responsibility for putting my life and belongings in danger. Rightfully buyer needed to bring my belongings to Kirkland WA and not unknown place in Portland. They are out right racist/ and this has been a hate crime. I have spoken to several Public Storage tenants and they did not pay rent for 5 months and nothing was done to their property. I paid $4900.00 since Dec 2002 to protect my things instead they sold my lifelong belongings without my knowledge.
