First and foremost you should know that Publishers Clearing House has been sued in the past as well as pending lawsuites existing for fraud. The people you see in variouse PCH ads are paid actors that can be seen from time to time in other non related ads/commercials. The names used by PCH with the false claim of being winners are common names. The names are so common that if you look into any of the so-called winners names in the area they suposedly live youll find a rediculouse amount of identical names. Should you take the time to contact all of them to find that none of them have won anything, you would get from PCH the convenient excuse that they must have changed phones or moved or bothe.. The website www.pch.com is full of missdirections intended on helping you lose track of weather on not youve actually been entered in anything. For those that pay attention and recieve an indication that they have won, the claims procces is so obscure and distracting that by the time they complete jumping through all the hoops, they find the supposed prize was awarded to someone else with a common name that cant be traced to an actual winner from any source other than PCH.

The over all game is to get you to buy somthing eather from PCH directly or from a paying sponsor by giving people false hope of winning. Nothing can be done on PCH.com with out first waiting on some advertisment to play through. 90% add time and 10% actual play time. PCH makes a rediculouse amount of money from product retailers because they can show prospective retailer that PCH.com draws a high volume of people. The retailers dont care if the sweepstake are fraudulant, they're not liable.

If you realy want to win a sweepstake of some kind you'll be better off elseware. www.Sweepstakesadvantage.com  can lead you to real sweepstakes that have real prizes.. havent seen any offering A million for life as PCH.com falsly claims but at least you can actually win somthing. Real sweepstake dont require you to wait through a series of commercials before you get a fake entry. Some popular magazines have high dollar sweepstakes that  take far less time to enter and autofill works on most with the exeption of CAPTCHA at the bottom, just look for the option to enter with out subscribing. I have won several things from legitimate sweepstakes. I get a simple nitice that sometime goes strait to spam folder. all the notices Ive recieved have had a domestic contact number with americans that have answered the phone. They dont ask for shipping costs to be payed or for my credit card number. The only thing/s they have ever wanted from me is/are shipping address verrification, age verrification, acknowledgement of my tax resposability and if aplicable size requirements. they all indicat that I will recive what i won with in 4-6 weeks. Usually doesnt take that long.
