We are sorry that we have been unable to connect with you! Your product is its way! If you ordered on April 27, then your product should have arrived already and if not, it will be there by the end of the week at the latest unfortunately, I dont have your confirmation number in order to confirm its exact geographic location. Regarding the charge on your credit card on April 27, either your bank was temporarily holding the payment or you paid with PayPal, which charges your card immediately and then holds the funds until the product ships. Rest assured that we do not charge the card or receive funds from PayPal until the product is out our door and on its way to you! We do sincerely apologize for the delay and thank you SO much for your patience! We are working through the emails just as quickly as possible because our customers (and their health) are very, very important to us!
