I received my order. Finally. I do wish PureHealth had responded to my emails about the significant delay or posted notice on their website.

Hello! We are so sorry, we are working just as fast as we can to get the product out the door and get those emails answered - but we are really, really focusing on getting the product shipped out! :) The good news is that if you placed your order on May 4, then your order has shipped! If you haven't received it already, then you should have it by the end of the week.
And yes, our phone line does have a bizarre ring, that's true, but we are answering as many calls as we can. And, we are also trying to get through all the emails as we want to answer and connect with everyone personally. We care about our customer and we sincerely apologize for the delay.
