Pure Kleen Air Duct Cleaning Scam Madison, Alabama
I own rental property in Huntsville. I call this company because they have an ad that says they will clean my air conditioning for $79.00 When they show up they start telling me about a free mold inspection so I say okay. They then tell me that I have mold all over and they have to treat my vents for that. Instead of charging me the $79.oo they try to charge me $4,000.00. When I say no they say I will call my boss. They call there boss and the boss says he will give me a special and will do all the work for $3,000.00. The cleaners were very rude to me and made me feel scared so I said yes. They ended up not doing any cleaning and now have my check for $3,000.00. I called the company and was told someone would call me back. Have not heard anything from company. I feel like I was really ripped off as my property is only one year old and don't know how it can have mold and the vents and furnace are still really dirty. I would say don't call this company. It is a scam!
