PureDermaEssence Charged me over $178.00 for a face cream I did not order Salt Lake City Utah
I answer a facebook offer for their face cream at a cost of about $15.00 for the two samples. I then received an e-mail stating that Inwas tombe charged approximately $195.00 and when Incalled the company to complain that I had not ordered, the Nast phone agent told me that because I had not replied negatively to a notice in the sample shipment I therefore ordered the material. Some what later I received the material and immediately returned it to the Salt Lake Address on the label.my MC billing shows a 2-111-15 charge of $178.00 and two entries for 2-28-15 showig a charge and credit for the $190.00. In effect they are out no material and Inam out $178.00. E-mail replies to them directs you back to the telephone agent well groomed to shut you off and does not allow conversation with other than her. A pretty despicable way to run a business with "gotcha" sample ads
