Cancelled my membership via email on December 13th as I started receiving books I did not order. Got a confirmation email that I was no longear a member in the featured selection area but could still order books if I chose. The email assured me that no further automatic shipments would occur.  After getting a new debit card due to the Target debacle I was notified that QPB had attempted to charge my old card and was denied.  I then received another automatic shipment last weeK.  I wrote "return to sender did not order" and put the box back in the mail.  

When I forwarded the email confirming my cancellation to customer service and asked for an explanation I got a reply back that now I owed them almost $90 for the latest shipment and another that was on its way! They completely ignored the email I forwarded them showing my membership to be cancelled. I went on the website and cannot even access the page anymore to decline automatic shipments! Tried calling, they do not have a toll free number to call. Was on hold for fifteen minutes and hung up.  I fear that I will continie to be billed and that these charges will not be reversed and I will end up having something on my pristine credit report.
