Quality Used Engines I ordered a used engine and I cancelled the order a week later, Now unable to get a refund Leawood Kansas
This company is a rip off. Consumers please stay away from them. I ordered a used engine for my car on march 22nd 2019. They said the engine only had 53,000 miles and they promised a five year warranty with a seven to ten day delivery time. After one week went by and no tracking number, so I called to cancel my order. What a nightmare. On hold for long period of time. A week later still no refund. I am calling every day but no one want to talk to me. I left several messages. No return calls. They are very rude on the phone.
They said they will have to charge a 25% restocking fee. What a scam. I now found out that there is a pending lawsuit in Wisconsin. I wish I did some research before I placed my order. This has been a very unpleasant experience, Every one, please stay away from this company. They operate several different web sites and they all promising the same. I contacted the Winsconsin State Attorney General's office regarding this company
There is lawsuit pending in the state of Wisconsin. The operation is actually based in Wisconsin. I believe the Leawood Kansas is just a front. I believe the owner's name is AL Talyansky
