QualityRxonline.com - RXmart.com - Tigerdirect.com stole from my checking account changed phone numbers now they are a computer supply business internet
The name of the online pharmacy was/is rxmart.com. The original phone number is not in order. I located another website for them on 09*02-2004. I spoke to a man who told me that all the computers were down because of the recent hurricane. I told him that I received e-mails that my order was shipped a month ago.
There was no hurricane in July. He told me that he could not help me and to call back in 24 to 48 hours. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me that the supervisor was not available. I called back hoping to get a different person. But, again the same person answered the phone.
I called the new phone number on 09-03-2004 and there was a recorded message that the number for TIGER DIRECT was not in working order and it gave a new number. When I called the new number it gave the web address. The website sells computer supplies. I do not understand how people are starting new businesses in 24 hours.
Anyway I was ripped-off for over 500.00 dollars. The order was never delivered. DO NOT use QualityRXonline or rxmart. They take your money and you never hear from them again!

I work for RxMart.com, I take all the incomming calls. This posting makes no sence, we have no affiliation with Tigerdirect.com or QualitryRxonline.com The consumer never contacted us, they probalby need to call QualityRxonline.com

Upon reviewing your post, we'd like to point out that TigerDirect.com is in no way affiliated with any online pharmacies. Realize that larger companies will purchase telephone numbers, especially 1-800 numbers, of companies that are no longer usable.
