Quintessence Gel Nail ripoff don't buy their product! If you don't like it you will not get your money back! Sandy Utah
I bought gel uv nail products for my nail customers and the product was HORRIBLE! When I call to return the product they told me to ship it back and I would get a full refund.
I return the product only to get this email:
Normally Quintessence Nail Care has the most liberal Return Policy in the Nail Care Industry. However, due the horrendous condition (the worst we have ever seen) of the returned system we are only able to generously refund 50% ($54.50) of the system cost.
I wrap up the products it was used it could not be new if tried out and sent it back in excellant condition they could use everything but the gel and they would not give me my money back!
I'm fighting with them now with my credit card company to get my full refund!
Don't buy their products they don't work and you will not get your money back!
