I always hang up when it comes to telemarketeers calling my home to sell me something, but the one night I didn't was when Qwest Wireless called to say that they had a great deal for me to try.

I was told by their sales person that for "only" $56 a month I could have both my Qwest home and cell phone service combined, which also included my cell phone minute package. I asked her again if what she was saying is what I heard and she verified that it was all legit.

I went ahead and ordered this what I thought, was a great deal. A few months later, my phone bill was reading $100 a month and when I called their customer service #, they told me to call Qwest home service. In other words, they blamed each other and noone seemed to have any answers for me.

I went ahead and paid it anyways, but soon found out that we were going to leave the state and move on to another. When I called Qwest wireless to tell them of our upcoming move and obtain a new phone #, they told me that they don't have service in the city where we were going to live and so I told them just to disconnect my service.

Well, they never did and a few months later, I received a bill from them for a disconnection fee plus three more months of useage, when not once did I use the phone & after I told them to disconnect. My final bill from them was almost $400!

I refuse to pay them anything at all because I was lied to from the start and it isn't my fault that they don't have cell phone service in the city we were moving to, but most of all, I told them to disconnect and they never did untill 3 months later.
