QwikWash America damaged my car and are very rude, inconsiderate and have a "could care less" attitude. ripoff! Frisco Texas
I took my one year old SUV to QwikWash America for a $5.00 car wash, and it's going to cost me over $1,000.00 to get the damage fixed! The car wash machines deeply scratched both sides of my vehicle, and dented one side. On top of that.....they refuse to take responsibility for the damage.
It took me over a week to finally be able to talk to the manager, Phillip. Once I caught him at the shop he was VERY rude, and didn't want to hear what I had to say. So I went to Phillip's boss, Barry (owner), who never returned my everyday phone calls either, so I finally e-mailed him. He did reply telling ME to call HIM to discuss the situation. I have yet to hear from him. I am NOT happy with the treatment or service I received from them and to top it off....YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!

You drove your new SUV through a car wash? Didn't it look like maybe it would be a tight fit? Honestly I don't think the car wash can be held liable for this.
