R L A Inc. Never Again! Aubrey Texas
On November 11, 2008, 2 young men came to my door, selling magazine subscriptions. I ended up ordering one. As of today, July 9, 2009, I have still not received my magazine. This company cannot use the excuse that I have not waited my required "90 to 120 days" to receive my magazine. This past Monday, the 6th of July, I found their phone number on the internet, and called. I got a voice message, stating what their normal business hours are and that in observance of Independence Day, they would be closed, Friday the 3rd until Monday the 6th. It also stated that they would resume normal hours on Tuesday the 7th. I left a message on the 6th, giving my name, phone number and the reason that I was calling; I hadn't received my magazines. Tuesday, I hadn't heard from them so I called again, that afternoon. Still nothing. Today is Thursday. I've yet to hear anything and I just hung up the phone from leaving yet, another message with name and phone number. By the way, their voice message was still the same one that I heard, when I called on Monday. Never again.
