R & O / Kapetanic Heating & Cooling, Inc. from Joliet IL replaced a furnace in my house.
This replacement was for an electric forced air furnace - it was to reduce electric costs
by 40 - 60%.
The furnace isn't working at full capacity - something isn't working properly and this man
refuses to come to the house to check it out. My electric bill is tremendous.
It's still under warranty but he refuses to come look at it.
He took my money fast enough, but won't stand behind his work.
