I'm writing to warn you about this company. I closed my account and they generated a bill for nearly a thousand dollars months after I left their service. Since it was all online and I have little documentation, I have little recourse. I've called and tried to explain that I hadn't used in a long time and had not heard from them since I discontinued the service. They've shown no willingness to listen and plan to send me to collections. If you want to get charged fradulently for services and sent to collections, please use Rackspace
