From a Facebook ad, I ordered this product. It was supposed to be a trial, for $4.95. As soon as I placed the order, I realized this was an auto-ship deal, and I would continue to receive shipments -- even tho the ad did not state this. So when the trial product arrived, I refused delivery, then e-mailed them to cancel any future deliveries. They replied by sending me a cancellation #. I thought I had cancelled in enough time. However, 3 days later, my account was debited $94.95! I never received another shipment from them. In addition to not advertising that this was an auto-ship product, the company also never quoted what the full price would be if a customer did not cancel in time. When I called the Customer Care department, I spoke with an unpleasant Team Leader who told me they don't do "trial" products. She said the products I had received were actually my first month's order. I told her many times that the ad specifically stated "trial". She then said since I had not cancelled in time, I could not get a refund. Bottom line is...I received absolutely nothing from them. The only thing they sent me was the trial product, which I refused. They never mailed me anything else! The company stole almost $100 from me.
