RADIOPICK RADIOUNIVERSE using scam email they took money from my credit card, although I cancelled my membership they continued to take money and although they said so they did not make the refund .it has been mınths ! first they said = Good morning, our promotions are valid for users of our service, when you register you enter the raffle, you have 7 days of free period and once this period ends you are charged a monthly fee of 49.99 USD.
I cancelled my membership immediately but after a month = THEY TOOK THAT MONEY :RADISOPICK.COM* SAO PAULO BR 189,83 İşlem Tutarı: 157,01 BRL USD Karşılığı : 48,85 USD
I Have been sending mails since I am always getting that answer= I have forwarded a refund request to our financial department. You can expect the money back within 5 up to 10 business days. Your subscription has been cancelled and you will not be charged anymore in the future. Please check your inbox/spam folder, you should have received a confirmation of the cancellation and the refund via email.
BUT NO REFUND !
