I am aggrieved the same way as many over here. my novel 'C U 2MROW @ 9' was published in 2012 ,but still no free copies, no royalty, no replies, dozens of spelling mistakes. In short a mockery of publishing offices, a blow to my image as a writer and the present does not know what may come next. I request you all to proceed in a legal way in a sort of community blocking against the publisher and I am ready to be the first to sign a memorandum further signed by all aggrieved and sent to the press bureau in USA and involve the media, the political leadership to further the cause in a swift, swifter and swiftest way to bring justice to our Intellectual property, our creativity, our hard work and our way to immortality.
Anyone interested may contact me ASAP because its high time we've been typing letters, posting comments and waiting just for a consolation.

First of all, I must apologise to you as in fact my reply was meant to be for another another who had filed report against Raider. I am not sure how my comments got attached to your claim which upsets me greatly
Looking at your dispute, my issues with Raider are similar to yours but as mentionned in my note, Raider have been responsive and Adam Salviani has taken corrective actions. My book was published around the same time as yours and following all the issues, Adam Salviani had written back to me and explained that they had had some issues and that other Authors had been affected. Like you I have notseen royalties yet although I know that the book has sold. I have questionned that with Raider and they explained that the sales report for the first quarter of 2010 will be released as of next month so we shall see and I will let you know if I get something from them. They seem to need at least 2 quarters to collect all the numbers which is a little long and I am yet to understand why in these days of modern technologies.

In response to the consumer comment on my Ripoff Report, I would like to point out that I have made no mention of the
colour of my skin anywhere in the original report. Incidentally, it is not black. I do no believe in racism and consider its mention unwarranted and in bad taste.
Mr. Adam Salviani signed the contract, containing several clauses, with me for the publication of the manuscript in an official capacity, representing the Raider Publication International and I paid for it in advance. Several clauses in the contract have been violated by his company. What has that got to do with him being an author?
Again, I would like to know how I should have involved "myself in the process," when he and his team ignored my letters or
replied them after weeks or months.
On 28 April 2011, Mr. Salviani apologised to me for the mistakes in the book and promised to make the necessary corrections at the company's expense and "resolve this issue in the days ahead." This was followed by another letter, over six weeks later, on 14 June 2011, in which he mentioned that "it is our plan to send your replacement copies sometime in July. I have not received anything so far.
How does one co-operate with him under these circumstances?
Until now, I have neither received any intimation about the Royalty on the sale of my book, as per terms of the contract, nor have I been paid anything for it. In the mean time, hundreds of copies of the book have been sold in the market.
I would consider Mr. Adam Salviani an honest and a fair person if he at least has the decency to pay me my share of the money that he has earned by selling the book that I worked on for two long years. Is that something unfair to ask?

Like you I have wrirtten a novel and got it published with Raider Publishing, like you, I had issues with them but I addressed them and Adam Salviani took the time to look at my issues and worked with me to solved them. My book was published before I even got a copy, pretty embarrassing to get calls from people who just told you they read your book when you do not know what it looks like right? even more embarrassing to find out that they were mistakes in the manuscript. I know, been there and discussed it with Adam. This does not make Raider a scamming organisation. Let me tell you about scammers, I wrote the novel as my own emotional salvation cos I got scammed from a Nigerian who posed as a white American and took 50K USD of mine. I was lucky in the fact that he eventually confess to me and we are now best friends. Like you, I reported it to the FBI but never got anyting from them although I actually spoke to an agent numerous times. SO you see, it has got nothing to do with the fact that you are black as I reported a caucasion individual who transpired to be a 22 years Nigerian kid.
Yes, Raider has made mistakes but I am working with Adam and his team to ensure that my second novel will not fall through the same cracks as the first one. If you want to be an author, you cannot leave it all to the publisher or the editor, you have to involve yourself in the process. Adam is an author who founded Raider for very good reasons, but he is still an Author not an operations manager or a business man. Your understand that, and Raider will go out of their way for you as they have done for me.
think about it.. thanks to Adam, I am publishing novels on scamming which he is supporting, the novels that is because he is an honest guy and I can pursue my quest against scamms and most of all the very authorities like the FBI who are not acting on it.
If you are an author, then write you heart out and Adam will be there for you, i know that.

The founder of the company responded promptly and assured me that all the problems will be looked into and rectified.
