Ramada Plaza Resorts rip-off, refused to refund after my fianc passed away Ft. Lauderdale Florida
we bought this trip for this fall , after my girlfriend was done with an operation she had to have, her time to get back on her feet would have been just right to go this fall, however due to complacations she passed away during the surgery, i contacted the ramada people telling them i was no longer able to take the trip all they said is that they would stop taking payments out of my credit card account, with no chance of recovering the money paid so far, whitch would come in handy now to help with the arrangments.
