As a recent purchaser of a unit in the Ramblewood complex (2 years now), I performed due diligence on the HOA and also had a lengthy meeting with the president. I found the presidents actions to be commendable and also find the HOA in much better shape financially each year. There have been efforts by some owners who seem to have been responsible for the previous near bankrupcy and huge debt to defame Mr Damasceno and in contrast to this, I have found his work to be both transparent and for the good of the community.

I agree with you about Nick, but nick is not alone he with Ron Bucholz. Both of them do not live in Ramblewood east. Around 4 or 5 years ago they got 1 bedroom unit (25,000) and they making a profit around $5000 a year. Both of them perfeered to not be volunteer where they live. They perffer to dothis here. Both of them spending about 40 hours week in the office taking care of the papers and giving direction to the book keeper and meeting contracting and they know what is controling this operation. And they decided to do this as volunteer, They decide to fire 2 book keepers for some reson. They fired the company that was running ramblewood "with the excuse that they want to save money." By the law the assocition can do just 1 meeting a year. But because ramblewood east is very big community, very big neighborhood more than 1000 units here the residents of ramblewood decided to make around 10 meetings a year. and this was the way it use to be for many many years. Since Nick Damasceno and Ron Bucholz took over the board they decide to addopted the rules of one meeting a year, because they don;t want to bother the residents of ramblewood or give they them specific information about the realestate company they open with residents money.
