I work in the pet products industry. A friend and former vendor who sold product to my stores was ripped off by Rangel Pet Products, LLC., www.scoopclaw.com and www.catgrass.net and Shade n’ Things. We are aware of the many hours this person dedicated themselves to as we were kept up to date while waiting for information. We received the information on Friday 11/13 from her personal email. The company email information had not been supplied to her until later in the day on her day off. This was an extra day she worked as a favor for this company and mine.
The chain of emails between this company and 1 week old hired person suggests malice and premeditation on the part of Rangel Pet Products. We have never heard of this company. Many of us know each other in the industry. We don’t know you, Rangel, therefore it is safe to call you a thief. In less than one week’s time of hire, A beautiful presentation was delivered, a full contact spreadsheet and information in emails on how to set up a wholesale business. It is obvious from the email correspondence that Rangel had no idea how to conduct business.
We were interested in possibly conducting business, but not with a company who portray themselves as ethical and steal information without pay for their gain. We have deep concerns with vendors who are not who they claim to be. Small companies such as Rangel Products, LLC should be made aware that we have all in this industry witnessed vendors who are unscrupulous in regards to the treatment of people; therefore we have no interest in doing business with this company.
There are many products that are better than this construction. There is ScooperGenie & Ames which are practical and retractable. There is Auggiedog automatic. There is Poogostick. We can buy the same Doggie Scoopclaw as Rangel from China in large quantity or we have purchased the same doggie and kitty scooper at Covershield for $12.00 which is fantastic. We can get cat grass anywhere. We have purchased many bag holders that sell well for us and we are happy with what we have. No thanks Rangel.

Thank you for the report.
Attached Voicemail (i hope it attached) ..... in mailbox from "RANGEL ART" on Monday, November 16, 2015 at 03:38:28 PM.
His voicemail states he hasn’t been able to answer any emails, but he has answered all of them. He states that he pays his way in emails and threatens me that I must call for him to pay me (I guess I owe ya some money). The games have been in existence since the beginning so there is no reason to waste anymore of my time. I turned it over.
Everything was sent to him in “See Spot Run” format for only ½ week of hours of work and building his business in correspondence with him on my on and off hours into the late evenings as well with valuable information sent to him to start his business and for me to generate it for him. The invoices are there, pay them. I can see if he needed help for 6 month to a year of work……
When I ignore him because I have passed this on to someone else, I get this weird stuff like this….
