I contacted Rapid Recovery Solution, Inc for the purposes of collecting a few past due accounts totaling close to 30K. On initial contact they were very helpful and responsive. Win in 2 to 3 months they were able to collect close to 15K, but after that the real problem started. I contacted RRS immediately asking them why I had not been paid. They gave me the "60 day story" due to bounced checks etc and I reminded them that the 60 day period had long since passed since this was now 8 months after the bill had been paid.
The debt collector, who worked on my account, told me to be in touch with accounting person, ever since I have tried so many times to contact them and they have refused to answer my emails and phone calls. They have collected my money and refused to pay me. In many ways they are worse than the people who owed me money in the first place. I made a big mistake approaching this company.
Any help from your end is more appreciated.

Hi JR, Let me know, if you need any additional information to release my portion of payment. I need to clear pending invoices on my end, your delay is putting me in big trouble. you have my contact details, I called and left you a message this morning as well.
Any help from ripoff report end is more appreciated.

Hi JD, This is NOT a fake report, I am your client and you guys collected money from my customers and you didn't pay me so far is 100% true. I was trying to reach you from last 6 months, you never ever responded to my phone calls or emails. Let me know, if you need any additional information from my end to settle this issue. My company name is Vedi Technologies. You guys are very prompt, when you guys need information to collect money, but no sincerity when it comes to payments.

This is a fake complaint. We have three on this site. One was real and we resolved amicably. The other two have identical wording in their complaints, claim to be from NY or MD but both ip address indicates an AZ origination. Unfortunately, online complaint companies like Rip-off Report make money by allowing obviously fake reports to be on their site hoping companies will fear that a consumer is not intelligent enough to know the difference. Then they call and email us trying to get us to pay to have them removed. If you have a real complaint the best thing to do is email me, JR, directly.
