The documents used in Michigan are very specific, and it is required that the documents provided by the Michigan Court be used in every adoption matter. These are the exact documents provided to Mr. Warren for his adoption. We have helped many customers complete their stepparent adoptions in Michigan and across the United States, using the documents as specified by the courts. The adoption documents specified by the court for use in a Michigan adoption are the exact documents provided to Mr. W for the processing of his adoption. The documents were prepared properly and were sent in the proper format. The issue of the documents is not because we sent him incorrect documents. In our conversation with the clerk of the court, we specifically asked that if we were to file the adoption documents provided by the court, if the adoption would be accepted. The answer was yes (which we knew). If you go to the court and get the adoption documents and compare them with the documents we provide, you will find them to be exactly the same. There is no way for us to provide documents that are wrong, as they are exactly the same documents the court provides for use in a stepparent. As to our phone, Mr. W admits he was able to contact us, then states that when he called, it went to voicemail. The only time our phones go to voicemail is when all our representatives are on the line. Otherwise we answer every call, every message and every email. We offer a full money back guarantee when the documents are not accepted by the court, but not when the Court specifies that only certain documents are able to be used, and those exact documents are provided to the customer, and we confirm by calling the court that these documents are the proper documents, then the problem is specifically not associated with the service we provided.
