      Yes I have the right to expose this lying thief of a landlord.  These rent to own are nothing but a bunch of frauds.   I do not want another person to be a victim or to have they're money stole from this creep of a landlord!. You can abuse me all you feel like I know that I have rights! & raptis violated mine and my mothers!. Raptis is a scumlord and scum of the earth for what he did to us!.

  My mother just don't fall for anymore landlords BS raptis just wanted to steal her money,  that is what he was after!. And I don't have to keep quiet about it because of the insane team rebuttal people on this site who can pushed me around and try to torment me with their unkind words and threats.

Raptis homes cannot sue for the truth being reporting, raptis was so nice and trust worthy before my mother signed the papers then they became the devil.  I will always despise this scumlord for what he put us threw & people need to stop trying to protect him. The truth about his business practices will come out sooner or later!.

After almost 8 years since i made this report.  People are still trying to target me & ruin my life,  if it isn't ruin enough because of this scum bag landlord.  People still comment to it they will not leave me the h**l alone.

My mother didn't rip-off raptis she entered into a agreement with him,  she paid him a $4,000 deposit. The real truth is he wanted to steal her $4,000 & kick us out with no money to move on.  Raptis turned into a real a*****e after my mother gave him the money.

Yes, Charles there WAS and IS a covenant for that neighborhood, and it has been posted on this site for all to see.  Just because you didn't take the time to read it doesn't mean that it does not exist.  They did NOT want you in their neighborhood, so the covenant was enforced. It's YOUR responsibility to check for covenants BEFORE you move in !!  Don't try to put the responsibility on anyone else.  That's the law, plain and simple.  Live with it and take responsibility for your own shortcomings.

This site gives us consumers the right to speak out, but these business owners hate that. Well they shouldn't treat us wrong or try to take advantage of us. The poster was NOT Kathy, but her mentally impaired son, Charles, who has dozens of ficticious reports on this site. Why did you not pay the rent it was only 2 weeks early? How did the cops harass you? How much did the lawyer cost compared to paying the rent? How did you lose your job because of this?
