I have been defrauded by this company. I purchase items through online auctions and resell them. I deal with many different auction houses and have had no problems. Most are honest and extremely "upfront" regarding item condition. RASMUS is NOT one of those companies. They purposely take misleading photographs of items and leave no descriptions. All their auctions state that they "highly recommend" you attend the auction previews. Well, thats just not possible all the time. Rasmus knows that so what they do is leave no descriptive of items (even though in my case the items didn't even have power cords and were clearly missing parts). They take only flattering pictures. When I arrived to pick-up my items I was speechless. I paid for junk. ALL the electronics items were DOA. I had to go online and buy special adaptors, AC cords, and various parts to even check them out. I had no choice. All in all I spent $900 on JUNK. To make matters worse, 5 of my items were not even there for pick-up. Someone else had taken the items I paid for. The idiot working there told me they would ship them to me when they get them back. I never heard from him again and never received my items. When I contacted Rasmus, they said there was nothing they could do because the auction was run by the company owner. I would need to contact him. WHAT? My money went to Rasmus so I feel they are responsible.
