These guys responded trying to lie again. Contact me through this site and I have irrefutable evidence that these guys are liars and criminals. They are not licensed according to the CA Department of Real Estate even though they claim to be brokers, agents and real estate attorney's.
They claim they will reduce your principle, modify your loan, help save your house. I have letters from the banks that they supposedly worked with and blamed for inaction stating that they are liars and never took any of the necessary steps to provide the services they claimed.
Check with the CA Department of Real Estate. You can run the names Raul Munoz and Jorge Granados and they do not come up as licensed. Go the the CA Bar associations web site and do the same thing. They are liars.
I filed a complaint with the CA DRE and apparently they are already looking at a couple other complaints on these lying criminals.
Everything they say is a lie. Even their rebuttal. I have definitive proof in the form of emails, bank correspondence and statements from third parties relating to the transactions that they lied from the very beginning and blatant lies in their response to try and save face.

Post your money in a verifiable escrow as outlined in here and email to you and provide the statement on here for verification by 3:00 pm, no later and we'll see you Tuesday morning.
If you don't, admit your a liar, a cheat and a criminal because in case anyone can't figure it out already on their own, they will be able to by 3:00 pm tomorrow or at latest, 10:00 am Tuesday.
Post your escrow as stated, NO EXCUSES!!! NO MORE LIES AND MADE UP BULLSHIT!!!!! Don't be late!!!!
If you are really the victim of a hoax as you state, why are you exchanging emails with us? You know who we are and you know you cheated us. If this is a hoax you have nothing to lose in posting your escrow per the terms outlined, exactly, no other contingencies, no deviation from exactly how it is stated in here, it is VERY clear.
If you give any excuse why you can't or won't do this it only proves you are full of crap and a liar and know you'll lose the money you stole from us and we'll just see you in court and get it there.
Don't disappoint, we are looking forward to getting that escrow check.
