Ray Brown Fraud, Liar, Scammer and Thief!! SCOTTSDALE, Arizona
To all that have been scam by Ray T Brown , aka Ray Brown and Associates. I am posted this complaint. I invested with Ray in August of 2011 and by Jan 2012 I had wired him $ 29000.00. I also referred 8 of my friends to him. I was guaranteed returns on his fake oil trading program between 20% and 75 %, I had 3 different accounts. By April my Accounts reached 3.2 million, I know everyone's question. WHAT WAS I THINKING. I asked for $ 25000.00 , Ray thur emails and phone calls said it would take 7-10 business days. That was 5 months ago, and im still waiting. 2 weeks ago he sent me 2 checks for $ 7500.00 , and yes you guess it they both bounced. Last week he wired me $ 1250.00 . A very nice return on my $ 29,000.00 investment wouldnt you say. I have already set the wheels in place . The SEC, CTFS, FBI and The Arizona Attorney General Office are fully aware of the scam. Ray and his wife will be arrested, i know the specifics but dont want to release them thru here, I have a list of 27 people that this scam artist has scamed and lied too. If you want to be a part of the pending arrest of Ray Brown and His wife, let me know. We might not get any money back, but I will make sure Ray Brown and his Wife.Will spend the rest of the miserable life in a federal prison. Let me know if you have been scamed and I will forword you the names of the Sec,FBI agents that have the file. This will all be completed in 3-4 weeks , with the arrest of Ray and his wife
