I called them back on 1/5/09 spoke with Jacob about being a Freight agent. We talked, then he said he would sign me up as a ISR(Independent Sales Rep) He wanted me to send over to him my customer list. Reluctently I did!! Over 202 Customer's that I sent to him.

I kept calling him for over a week.Then he said he was very busy that he was traveling, once again putting me on the back burner. I told Jacob that I needed to start ASAP.This is now around 1/14/09. He said that I could start on 1/20/09.(again pushing the date further)It was over a week before he called me back.1/19/09 I kept calling Jacob to see were my contract was,again, I got his voicemail. I finally got a hold of Jacob and he said I need to be trained on their software.Now we are at 1/26/09.But now it's going to be another week before we can get started,Around 2/5/09. He made the contract up for me to start on 2/20/09. Thinking I was all set to start with this company, I passed on other Job Offers.

Jacob arranged for training for me on 2/12-2/13/09 which brings me to today. I spent the whole day on the phone with their trainer Donna. At the end of the day, Jacob said to me that he had a problem with Internet Truck Stop which is what they use to conduct business with. Internet Truck Stop would not let me have account with them from a previous Company that I was in. I found out the reason they would not let me have an account was we owed them a back balance from the previous company. So at the end of the day he tells the trainer to put us on a conference call.

He said at this time he did not want me as a part of Ray Trans because(ITS) would not let me open an account.(BS)Jacob would not even wait until they call him or me back to explain the reason why. I wasted over a month and a half waiting on these jokers to SCREW ME!!!!!(NOT TO MENTION THAT THEY LAID OFF 6 EMPLOYEE THIS WEEK ALONE). I feel that he isn't competent to be in the position that he is in. He can't return phone calls, keeps people waiting and can't seem to get it together to research prospective "new" Agents not to mention place blame on others for things he never said to begin with.
