I knew you would say that why are you lying? I am being honest, why can't you? You say you are not Brenda of Raynehart ok then so you lied and said you were her?? What kind of person are you a liar? I am done also I never wanted to deal with this again but I will say one thing. There are three people not one person who you tried to rip off. This makes me very angry I am a very hard working breeder I give to animakl shelters, I donate to the homelss and I also treat people with respect when they deserve it. Brenda's name is showing above her report, now people will know that this woman is a looney playing games 4 years later to try and ruin my name. I was quiet for 4 years going about my life. You say you are someone else writing in but your name is above. If you have a problem with me still after 4 years please just call me. Its wrong to keep this going It is making both of us look very stupid like children. We had a disagreement you think I slandered you falsly and I think you tried to keep 400.00 but that is in the past. I have to live everyday knowing that posting here would be a BIG mistake because I see it when I do my own name search, both our names look like they will remain here forever and we have to exccept it and move on. If I knew this I would have never posted. Theres nothing we can do to clear these postings up there only getting worse. All I know is that what I see is others writing in now and adding to the fire but Do not bring me into your recent customer problems or recent ripp off atempts. I have nothing to do with how your customers feel and I have nothing to do with recent postings about nor me or you. I told my experience with you and it was 4 years ago lets leave it there. I am not trying to ruin anyones business or slandering anyone, from what I see now someone else wrote in complaining about your practices and you are taking that out on me.

But all the statements and comments were sent by me and not Brenda Hart. I just wanted to clear that up. I will not be posting any further statements. I am Heather Kerns and was told about new postings on this matter that are just untrue and in my opinion this matter is over. you say I am spending time writing about Brenda do you know that this was 4 years ago? and I did indeed have a problem with this cattery. I cannot help nor stop others from posting there feelings on this site. I had no idea that any of my aquanace or friends posted here. Nothing was discussed. I will tell them to stop immediately but I cannot control who post here. I don't know why a stranger would tell me to get a life when I have no idea what is being wrote behind my back. I will say that the people who did write in to say I was a good person I am grateful for that because I am and I NEVER made fun of a natural disaster that is completely a lie and defamation of my character. I would not do that to my worst enemy. I sent a deposit to raynehart because I liked Brenda and I did hear good things about her cattery. I have nothing against her even still after what I believe she tried to pull but I would never deal with her again. I want this behind both of us, If I had the means I would erase all this for both of us. As for you saying that I don't know Brenda and that I am judging her character you are doing that to me right now behind a computer because you don't know me, your a hypocrite you need to call me and stop hiding. I believe that you are Brenda and sadly the only reason you are bring me back into this is because a new person is feeling ripped off and posted that you tried to pull it on them as well which is your problem not mine. When Brenda had her hurricane I wrote to a breeders board and wanted very much to help her. I was in tears for this woman as I sat here reading what happened to her, you do not know me at all you are nothing but a hypocrite sitting behind a computer. I allowed her to keep my deposit as months went by. I was suffering with long standing lung infections and bronchitis. I asked Brenda if she wanted to trade breeders so that I would NOT have to get my deposit back and I thought this would help her, she did not email me back it went for months but she was emailing other buyers. I am basically being blamed for this hurricane and called horrible names because I decided not to wait for a cat from this cattery, that is my right. I did not rush this woman at all for any money I only said that I no longer wanted a breeding cat I was about to close my cattery Brenda's not the only person in the world suffering. I think you need to quit complaining and move on!! You have to learn to be strong. I got my deposit back 8 months to a year later. I even said she could send me small payments when she got on her feet. Brenda supposedly had so much help but a woman that was doing Brenda's website work supposedly took thousands of dollars from Brenda's cattery from her sold cats that she helped her place, that to me should be reported that is what is cruel and heartless. I never lied about how I felt. I asked the webmaster to remove all this because I wanted to keep it between us. When I sent my deposit in to Raynehart I seen slander on a site that said Brenda takes deposits and never sends a kitten home. I ignored it and sent one anyway because I know people are idiots behind computers sometimes and will lie. I wish I would have not dealt with her though because she is trying to turn this all around. Its terrible how a new person feels the same way that I did they wrote back in saying that want to erase it but that does not matter I feel Brenda continues to do this to others and she wants to be sure that I am a part if it by brining me back into this. What is wishy washy is you because you are whining still 4 years later about Brenda and harshing up the past. saying all these things to make people feel sorry for you and while slandering me, you mention 6 kids and your hurricane and living in a one room motel like the world owes you something I have done nothing to you at all Brenda but deal with your bad practices you and who ever who wrote about me is the one being wishy washy, you need to get over it and take responsibly for the people you are selling cats to and the new people you are having problems with. I did not want to come here again and write but the things said are a lie about me. Brenda did not send me any deposit back until almost a year later that is a lie. why would anyone write a long dragged out fake report to hurt someone that I don't even know? Think about it and you see why. Brenda is mad at herself for getting back in trouble with a new buyer and needs to bring me back to this mess. That is wrong and I will press charges if this continues.I already apologised to this breeder and said I wanted this all past us but sadly someone wants to continue all of it.

Heather Kerns at Castletopdolls must have nothing better to do than post Ripoff reports on line. She must be so threathened by Raynehart Cattery that she has to try and destroy their reputation? I have read all these comments and it is absolutely ridiculous. Heather Kerns contradicts herself and I can tell by reading her statement that she can not make up her mind about anything she does. She talks about her own personal problems and not having enough room for another cat. Well, WHY DID SHE PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN ON A MINK FEMALE IN THE FIRST PLACE? She seems very wishy washy. Raynehart cattery is not responsible for her problems. Heather Kerns has made a joke out of the devastating hurricane that Raynehart went through. She made a comment about Brenda Hart not back in a home after 7 months. Well she obviously doesn't know what she's talking about. There are still families that were victims of Hurricane Rita that are still homeless after three years. I was at the home of Brenda Hart about 10 days after Hurricane Rita. The devastation was horrific. Their home was unlivable, there was debris everywhere. You could see baby dolls, shoes, clothing and other parts of their lives scattered everywhere. There is NOTHING funny about that. And Heather Kerns should be ashamed of herself. Brenda Hart takes in children that have no where else to go. They have special needs and she cares for them like they were her own. She also has her own children and those that she adopted. They cared for all of these children during this difficult time. She is not the type of person to RIP OFF others. I visited the family several times during this situation. They were bounced from one motel to another. They were given only one motel room to live in with six children. Brenda Hart then took in two more foster babies that no one else would accept at that time. She and her family were kicked out of the last motel because of an antique car show and she was forced to move in with family members until FEMA delivered trailors for them to live in. The family was not back in a home of their own for 11 months. I know all of this to be true becasue I was there. Other catteries vistied Raynehart and brought cat food and water to help out. Some breeders mailed boxes of supplies and others sent donations. It's funny that Heather Kerns (and her two friends) are the only ones that don't understand what they were going through. I know for a fact that Raynehart refunded the deposit to Heather Kerns as soon as she made up her mind if she wanted a kitten or the deposit. She can lie and make things up, but the truth will prevail. After reading all of Heather Kerns remarks against Raynehart, I felt like I needed to post my first hand knowledge. I'm always cautious of people that are so eager to destroy the reputation of others. Heather Kerns does not know those at Raynehart as I do. She had dealings with Brenda Hart ONE TIME and she makes statements about her character and the way she runs her cattery. I have known Brenda Hart for many years and I know she is an honest person. Heather Kerns is only hurting herself. She should use all the time and energy that she spends slandering other people on her own problems and running her own cattery. Friend of Raynehart Texas

I wanted to add that if someone goes as far as posting a rip off that cannot be erased then they felt truly a victim of being ripped off. I know most people may change there mind and try to erase it because the other party threatens them or they finaly give in an refund money that they were trying to steal but aparently people that deal with Raynehart feel ripped off.

Breeder seems to be at ripping buyers off again and should be stopped. A friend of mine now has a damaging repuation on this site all because she posted a rip off on this cattery called Raynehart and spoke the truth about her experince. My friends name is Heather Kerns and she runs a cattery called Castletopdolls in Maryland and was a victim.

Brenda is an excellent Ragdoll breeder in my opinion. I have purchased nine Ragdoll breeders for my son and I from Brenda and all nine have been beautiful, sweet, loving and extremely affectionate kittens. Brenda is extremely busy with her cattery and her life period. Sometimes people will place a deposit for a Ragdoll and never realize how long it can take to receive a kitten because by the time you breed the cat (65 days for conception) and then 12 weeks before you can ship the kitten, people become inpatient. I have had nothing but a wonderful and great experience with Brenda. It is a shame that all this was placed on this site originally against Brenda. I realized that the person has sent a rebuttal, but sometimes the damage will be done initially and takes a while to repair the damage. I plan on getting one more kitten from Brenda or perhaps two between my son and I. I love her kittens - they are absolutely precious jewels. Everyone should think before they print something about someone else, especially when a breeder's reputation can be at stake. Brenda works extremely hard to always have wonderful and precious Ragdoll babies. I have also referred a lot of business to Brenda when I am out of kittens.

I find it quite strange that "Rip Off Report" refuses to remove an erroneous report when formally requested. They state they post everything just as it is written as long as it is not vulgar or contains foul language. I made a formal request, then posted their insane response but I se they don't follow heir own rules. They refused to publish my post complaining how stupid their policy is for refusing to remove my report at my request. I will say again the original report was based on bad information and should NOT BE PART OF THE RECORD.

I am wanting to post a reply acknowledging that information I expressed in the previous post was based on bad information. The breeder had extenuating circumstances which cause a delay in communication. She has completley addressed all my questions and I am completely saisfied with her services. I have Made a formal request with "Rip Off Report" that this report be removed from this site in order to elliminate confusion about this breeder.
