Razzle Ink Ripoff, Ships ink in an Envelope that breaks causing tthe loss of ink, Very Poor customer service Midland Internet
What an experience. First off this is my first post here. I have known about this site for years but never needed to post until now.
Here is the story, I ordered ink for my printer. I got about 8 cartridges, Why they would over fill an envelope is beyond me. Of coarse it is going to burst or rip open. I was missing 2 cartridges from the order and they were not even the expensive ones. They were the $6 ones. They wanted me to waste my time and bring the envelope to the post office. So for $12 I have to waste my time taking a bus, Taxi or even a Train to the post office. Or should drive around with my big SUV and waste gas looking for a spot, Or maybe I should park it in a lot for $40 that makes sense. After I get to the post office of coarse I then stand on line for an hour in a NYC post office all for $12.
They try to turn things around and accuse you of Fraud. I should have known they were a rip-off when I did not see an 800 #. This company must be run from home as they use a Yahoo email account. I requested a call from a Supervisor but apparently there is no Supervisor.
Keep way from this company when you need ink buy it from the Manufacture.
