On November 25,2011 I went to R & B Tire shop to get two new tires because the one I had just purchages from them were badly worn. The workers put two tires on that appeared to be new. On December 21, my supervisor advised me that my tires looked worn and must be changed. I told my supervisor that I had just purchased the tires last month. She said that I must have serious front end problems. I told her I didn't because I just had my car's alignment done and they don't do them if my front end needed parts.
I also showed her my receipts for all repairs, including the one that shows that I had just purchased those tires. She told me that the tire shop sold me used tires and that I have a 60000 mile warranty and they should replace my tires. I went to the shop that day and spoke to a worker who questioned me about waiting almost a month to bring the car to them. I told them that the tires should not be worn so quickly in a month's time. The worker looked at the tires and called the owner.
When I spoke to the onwer he did not want to have them replace the tires. I told him that my vehicle is used at work and that my supervisor will not let me work with those tires on my car and that I did not have money to buy new tires especially since I just paid $233 for new ones but got used ones. When i told him that I could lost my job over this, He said that he didn't care. But he did say that he would be at the shop tomorrow. I was crying when I left because it was so wrong what they did to me. If the owner does not replace those tires, what can I do?
