I placed an order on 6/24/09. 

My order number is 10447 for items: Czechbugle, 15g Czech Amethyst Silver Lined Bugle Beads; MS6229150, Enchanted Pearl Set; GART68, garden Necklace Kit; and 1602 Little Cubes Lace Set. 


My order total came to $86.35 + $9.20 Shipping & Handling for a total of $95.55 which was paid by credit card through PayPal. 





On 8/10/09 I sent an e-mail inquiry as to when my order would ship and received no response. 


On 8/27/09 I sen another e-mail inquire, this time I received a response and was informed it would ship that monday. 


I e-mailed again on 9/21/09 and received no response. 


I then checked my PayPal statement to find the company's phone number, as it's not listed on their website, and called at 8:00PST 9/24/09 requesting a refund and return call. 


On 10/15/09 I send another e-mail requesting a refund.


It's now 10/16/09 and I have not heard from them either by phone or e-mail and they have not issued a refund.





My order status still states "Printed-in Queue". 3 full months have passed and I still do not have my order and they've ignored 5 of 6 messages I've sent them.

On 11/19/09 I received notice the company shipped my order via USPS.  It was delivered 11/21/09.  I inspected the contents and everything I ordered is there.
