I purchased a beading kit from the "Ready to Bead" website on November 24, 2008. After a couple of weeks when the order did not arrive, I contacted customer service. Sherry emailed me back and said she was waiting on an order for fulfill my order and would send it out the following Monday. I waited again. By this time, the 45 day dispute with paypal had been reached and paypal would not issue a refund. They said I had to settle it with the seller.

Months went by without the seller returning many email attempts to reach them. I tried at least 20 times to contact customer service. the phone number is automatically routed to voicemail. I still have not gotten the refund I have repeatedly asked for. The order totaled 30$. Sherry Wyat finally contacted me 3 weeks ago being very rude and non apologetic. She said she would refund the money, but another 3 weeks has gone by. I do not want other people to fall for the same scam.

I do have all of my invoice information and any other evidence you may need.

the seller refunded my money as of May 13. Somehow the order was forgotten and the seller was hospitalised. When she read this report, she promptly issued a refund and apology. Issue .resolved. This report may be removed.
