I ordered 2008 code books from there web site in Nov of 07 expecting them in Jan 08. I ordered early because they were a little cheaper and I wanted them asap. The books never came not even the ones that were not back ordered.

I have repeatedly emailed them, the first inquiry was at ten days. I got no reply from voice mails ever. I finally got some false promises of delivery via email around easter of 08. They said they were on back order and asked me if I wanted to wait or cancel. I said I'd wait with a promise of one more week. I still don't have the books and they will not put the money back, just over $200.

I get no help from Bank of America Visa, they say after 60days there is nothing they will do. This is after they said they would pursue the matter and issued me a temp credit.

I have now lost more time, the credit was reversed and am still trying to get them to fes up and return the money. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and The Internet Crime Complaint Center of the FBI.

I'm happy to say that Readyconnect sent me a check for the disputed amount and the matter is now resolved. They never offered an explanation as to why they couldn't or didn't deliver the book's or why they held my funds for almost 8 months. I hope they are trying to make good on all outstanding orders. I did persistently email them with never a reply and had downloaded and mailed a written complaint form to the attorney generals office of the state of New York, internet bureau, NYSOAG: Consumer Issues, which I have now emailed to indicate the matter resolved. At best they're business practices are very poor, I only hope that they are trying to improve them so more wont have to deal with this. This has definitely been a learning experience. Dave
