This company engages in some real borderline advertising. I was on a different web site mls.foreclosure.com and was trying to join that one. Links on the site were either being phished by Realtystore.com or they are all part of the same scam...hard to tell. Either way, the deal is they sign you up for a free or 99 cent intro and then have a $49 per month fee.
What I consider slick about this deal is the way they work the links on the web....you are on one site, then you are taken to another, aparently different altogether from the first.
Tricky tricky tricky......I know you wouldn't want Grandma treated like that. Companies like this truly are slime of the earth.

All that probably happened is that your spam settings prevented our Welcome & Login Info emails from arriving to you. Just check your spam folders. Call our customer service line and we'll help you.
Of course you'd find complaints - this is a complaints website. Please keep in mind that we service tens of thousands of customers every day without problems.
Posting complaints on a board like this is not an effective way to get your problems resolved. I have no contact info for you, no account number, etc. (and don't post it here - that's personal data!) - but if you contact us directly, we'll gladly help you.
Best,
Andrew

I have to disagree with the employee of this company. i too had a bad experience with them, with there $1.00 free trial. they did not send me an email i could not log back into the account to cancel it after the first use of it, i had to go to the bank and file and even switch my account to a new account. they billed my account there 49.00 i did manage to recieve that back, for a short time that is, before they disputed it and now they redebited the new account. All of this even after i had called and even a person at the bank had called them, both of us was put on hold for more then 10 or 15 mins before we felt like this didnt feel right and took the proper action.
Now i have looked into this company and am finding alot of compliants dealing with this exact same senario, this is not over yet i will be going to the bank tomorrow with this information as well sending a letter for copy of certified contract ect ect ect. if problem is not resolved i would be willing to file charges for theft and whatever else i would need to do including billing for time spent so i hope their $49.00 is worth it. i would even consider talking about a class action suit with the others that had problems with them. if Realtystore wants to fix this mater they should start sending a contract to people before they start auto billing them.

First of all, we do NOT, ever, sell a user's credit card information.
That is illegal and immoral and we do not do that PERIOD.
The charge you found on your card is for our eBook "FINDING FORTUNES IN FORECLOSURES," which we own and sell. We have occasionally presented this as an optional purchase on our site. It seems that you accidentally checked the box requesting this additional product and did not see our confirmation page where we inform you of this purchase.
We have a very friendly and conscientious Customer Service Department. I cannot fathom that they would promise to refund your money and fail to do so, as we strive for customer satisfaction.
I have no way to contact you outside of RipoffReport, but if you could please call our Customer Service hotline at 866-862-4037, we can surely resolve your complaint.
Please see screencap attached.
Best,
Andrew
