We have a full customer service department (based in CA, USA) that helps our customers 7 days a week during business hours. Have you even tried calling us? I don't believe it's fair for you to come to a third-party website and mudsling before you've at least spoken to us and given us an opportunity to address your concerns.
It sounds like you forgot your password. We never change a customer's log-in information! Just call us and we'll help you.
