I was told that I would receive a pink motorola razor V2 cellphone and a bluetooth wireless ear device when I switched my cellphone company to Cingular. I found this on the computer at CellularChoices.net. I filled out all of the information on three different forms(1 for $50, 1 for $50, and 1 for $30) I received 2 letters informing me that claim is invalid because I "did not submit a copy of the barcode,my wireless bill(s) was not submitted,and the bill(s) sent does not show an invoice/bill date."

I did send all the above infomation. I then contacted Cingular who gave me a $50 rebate card and a $50 credit to my cellphone account which they really didn't have to do! That is the most that they could give me since that is all that they are offering right now. The final $30 has not been rebated to me because the rebate company has said that I need to fax them all the information again including the barcode from the phone box.I don't have the barcode from the box because I was told to cut it out and send it in which I did! They even told me to contact Cingular and get a copy of the barcode, which of course Cingular does not have. I called for 2 days and got a busy signal. Today I finally got through by pressing 0 and after explaining my situation the man just kept repeating that I would need the original barcode to get the $30 rebate! Maybe I ought to just make one up!! I know it is only $30, but they owe it to me!!!! Thank you so much and have a great day!
