Complaint Review: REBECCA VASCONCELLOS - LONG BEACH California

This report is a rebuttal to all the lies that Rebecca Rosa Vasconcellos aka Crederes organics is posting all over the internet. This report is to help the Public to be aware and stay away from this mentally ill woman who is delusional liar and has posted inflammatory delusional stories that she makes up in her sick head about a family in Florida who does NOT know this woman and has NEVER even spoken with her unless it was via lawyers and courts.

This woman is an uneducated poor trailer trash that began dating a married man by the name of Ali Nasiri, and that is how she came into contact with this family in Florida. This man was a driver and a friend of the family and Rebecca began an affair with this married man (Nasiri). He was just using her because his english was NOT very good and he needed help with his legal papers. He totally used her and as soon as the lawsuits were completed, he left to Iran and NEVER spoke with Rebecca again. This is the reason this troll is so angry for 15 years. Get over it, he used you and LEFT YOU just like all the other men who come into you're life PORNO writer!

What is important for everyone to know is that during legal proceedings, Rebecca’s medical records were subpoenaed from her psychiatrist by the name of Dr. Soroya Bacchus in los Angeles which clearly showed this woman is mentally ill and suffers for delusions and paranoia.

The doctor put her on Zoloft and other medications which obviously this woman is not taking, see her medical records at the court house attached to her restraining orders. 

A private investigator found out that this woman is a PORNO writer using a the name Ambrosia Vynne and writes disgusting pornographic material that you can google. The phone number she is referring to in her rebuttal where “ unstable men came to her” belonged to a very nice lady that passed away from cancer in Redondo beach, Rebecca lived in Long beach and the phone number did NOT belong to her. This is the same lady whose husband was having an affair with Rebecca and she complained prior to her passing away that Nasiri and Rebecca were trying to poison her and that her money was being stolen from her bank accounts. Statue of limitation on murder is endless in California so perhaps an investigation  needs to be opened and the body has to be examined for foul play. 

Rebecca Vasconcellos stole the social security number of one of the family members she is referring to in Florida. The private investigator found out that the stolen identity was used to open 6 cell phones in Lancaster, California, TV services and someone tried to order a $100,000 credit card as well as a car using the stolen identity. The chase bank contacted the owner of the social security number and informed her that someone was trying to open a $100,000 chase credit card and that is how the identity theft was discovered. Of course Nasiri and Rebecca were the only two with access to that social security information.

This information is all confirmed using a court certified private investigator hired for lawyers for the family she is referring to.

One of the other family Members had her house broken into in bel air, and diamonds, jewels, and designer Glasses were stolen from her and some of the items ended up in Rebecca Vasconcellos E-bay account and the rest were sold to a Pawn shop in boca Raton, Florida. Hence when this mentally ill psycho says she left California, she meant to say she was away selling those stolen items all over various states. NO men came to this Porno writer, NO men came knocking on her door as she claims because the posting was created by her to start a an extortion lawsuit which is how she makes her money as you can read on her rebuttal saying she will find a lawyer to get her 40 million dollars so she can retire. Yes you will retire in Jail you metnally Ill psycho!

She will retire alright, in JAIL for breaking the restraining orders against her in the state of California and Florida. The FL judge gave a restraining order against her and she hired a lawyer by the name of attorney Hansen who represented her. The judge was so disgusted with her egregious criminal behaviors that he told her lawyer he would have her picked up in CA and transported to jail in Florida. This is all documented in the transcripts and any one can get copy of it for a dollar a page. The restraining orders in Florida courts are permanent and NEVER expire so she is on notice that is she doesn’t stop, she just might end up in a Florida jail soon! 

There are TWO restraining orders on this psycho in CA. One is in the la superior court which expired in 2012 and another one in santa Monica court house that is a sister state judgement  and NEVER expires. She has a judgement against her from the state of Florida for stalking, defamation that is growing at 11% a year that is still unpaid. She was SUED in the Inglewood court house twice because after all the restraining orders against her, she hired her best friend Kathleen Frances Sanford from Oakland, Ca and her sister Christine sanford Hanson and her husband Charles Hanson to pose as vacation rental clients and go to the victim’s house and try to pretend to rent her house just to get copies of the keys, take photos of the house and get passwords to her internet. This is the same victim that has a restraining order against this psychotic mentally ill TROLL from hell. There were two lawsuits due to this incident, both sanford and the Victim were involved in a two year lawsuits that Rebecca financed. This woman is so sick that even if she is broke, she will pay people to harass her victims, stalk them and pose as clients, file lawsuits, call and drive by and e-mail her victims. She even hired  a lawyer for her friend kathleen sanfored because a judgment was issued against her. The lawsuits filed against Vasconcellos were dismissed without prejducie, the judges asked that the case be trialed at the original court where the restraining orders were issued.

There is NO end to this woman’s angry disgusting insane criminal life of being a Tug. She began her stalking in 2003 and now we are in 2018 and she has recently hired some young idiots and paid them to sue her victims again in an attempt at elder abuse and extortion. There is a private investigtor on these cases.

What she doesn’t get is that since she is in CA and these criminal stalkings originate in Ca and  she hires people from other states like Florida, Oregon, New York and new jersey to harass and stalk her victims, the FBI has taken a report on this and is watching her and is on Notice in CA and Florida about her interstate criminal activities against her victims.

Rebecca then sent multiple friends of her who she has met via the internet and on burning men events to pose as clients, and emailed them NON-stop asking them to help her stalk her victims. Why would a professional family who has NEVER spoken to her or met her outside the court rooms would want to ever have anything to do with a poor mentally ill uneducated troll who suffers from paranoia and schizophrenia?  

Rebecca will post all you're private information such as home address, business accounts, bank accounts, photos, banking information all over the first page of google so NO…. you are NOT dreaming that you're information is all over the google, she POSTED it there for the world to see. This is all she knows how to do, is to b***h on the internet, and post inflammatory delusional stories about you. She is socailly Inept!!!

If you are a man and you stop dating her, you're naked photos will end up all over the internet. She will call the IRS, The police, any licensing agencies and any professional boards with crazy stories about you to start trouble for you for years to come.

This woman is an absolute waste of space, she has NOT gotten caught yet because she is a savvy criminal, she will hack into you're bank accounts, e-mails, computers, cell phones. She will drive by you're house and send people to knock on the door to see who answers and she will have people waiting at your door sitting in their cars for hours just watching you.

This is all true, you can go to the la superior court, and get copies of her lawsuits with all the evidence attached to it. You can go to the long beach court house and the santa Monica court house and get copies of all the public information above that has been stated in the court papers in the pleadings so this is all PUBLIC and affidavits so nothing here is private information, all can be read on the court website or purchased from the courts records dept.

Please STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS MENTALLY ILL WOMAN. There will be a 150 Million dollar lawsuit soon against her because she has broken multiple restraining orders via publishing a defaming inflammatory delusional book, calling licensing boards in CA and hiring Kathleen Sanford her friend to go to the restraining order petitioner’s house and multiple other provable criminal actions such as hacking into websites from lakewood area where her victims do business. Also she might end up in a Florida Prison soon as the restraining orders are very serious in the state of Florida and the Judges are very restrict with following the laws. This woman loves lawsuits, so she will be having one real soon…. stay tuned this story is NOT over yet till this woman goes to jail and pay her victim that she has stalked for 15 years and still going at it.

This psycho needs to go back on her medications, and STOP stalking her victims. She is Now in the FBI jurisdiction and they have a file on her in Florida and California as well.

Her name is in the CA CLET system so any law enforcement agency in ca will be able to pull up her restraining orders. If you go to the santa monica court house, just give the sheriff's dept her name: Rebecca Rosa Vasconcellos and they will put up the CLET orders on her!

She has sued her next door neighbors by the name of RAMOS family and the HOA as well where she sold her condo for $225,000 which was  located at 3113 Atlantic Ave unit 16, long beach CA 90807. 

Needless to say all the money from her condo is now invested in her Edward Jones accounts under individual, join and single account in stocks so if she owes you monies, you know where to find it. Again all of this information is listed in the court papers and found via a private investigator hired by lawyers.

She has moved multiple times, never been married, and leaves a trail of friends behind after she is done using them. She claims the information on the internet is false, however court documents that any one can access will VERIFY all these claims. COURT DOCUMENTS ARE PUBLIC RECORDS TROLL!

NO One wants this UGLY troll near them, she is like a blood sucking nasty dirty leach that you can’t get off you’re back. I don’t know how any one can even tolerate looking at this creature as she has a face that may be her dead mother could have only liked.

It has been 13 years of harrassment by the individual and her family members who have written this crazy complaint against me. Ripoff Report refuses to take this unfounded alegation off their website.

In 2016, I wrote a book titled:  BULLY:  How I survived and thrived through 11 years of harrassment which details much of the harrassment and how this family has gotten away with it.

There are so many false profiles that this family has created using my name and the names of friends and family members, in an attempt to do emotional harm and physical harm.  They have posted advertisements for prositution using my name, my address and my cell phone number in which then unstable men seeking deviant sexual favors caused me to leave my beloved California and home for a period of time until my continued safety could be assured.

In reading the crazy disjointed claims, I would think others would realize that its purely meant to harrass, finding no truth in what was written. But sadly, over the last 13 years I have discovered that many will believe almost anything.

I forgive you!  I forgive you for me. I forgive the person and the family who wrote this diatribe!  I forgive those who believed it and in their belief, attempted to harm myself, friends and family with their fear and hate.  I forgive you!

Please do research.  You will find that yes, the State of Florida did issue one restraining order against me. I was not in the court room at the time and therefore, due diligence was not done. The State of Florida chose to believe one of their politicians and over reached into California changing my life forever. One of these days, some very enterprising atttorney will sue Florida for a settlement in excess of 40 million and I will be able to retire to an island in which crazy is not celebrated.

Please do research using my name for court cases and the settlement agreements that have been signed and violated by those creating these crazy accusations on the internet.

Please do research using my name and discover I have never broken a law. I have never been convicted of a crime. I have never been anything other than a kind woman who helps others.

You will discover that in 2016, the individual and family who has been harrassing me and have writtten this and other fake profiles, attempted to sue me twice in Los Angeles Small Claims Court. The same information and wording that is used here was utilized in those complaints. Both of those cases were dismissed "with predjudice".  

I pray one of these days, this website is taken down. Ripoff does more harm then good. They do not verify any of the information provided. They will for X amount of thousands of dollars research the validity of any claim and then write their findings under the false compllaint. But they will not remove any false complaints.

This report is all based on our experiences, beliefs and brief legal interactions that we have witnessed with her. Please get copies of the restraining orders and lawsuits against this disgusting, vile subhuman to verify this information. This entire report is false.  I worked for Rebecca and witnessed first hand how she has been harrassed, tormented and stalked for years by Nadia Heshmati.   This entire report was written by Nadia Heshmati and she is the crazy mental person in this story.  If I were Rebecca I would change my name because Nadia will never stop.  Its really sad that a person has put forth so much time and energy to destroy a persons life.  Nadia has sue Rebecca and the cases have been thrown out but she continues to torture Rebecca.  It is really sad because Rebecca is such a kind person.
