Take caution using their small claims services. I used it and my credit card was charged over $250 and I have no contact information or whereabouts of my case. I also contacted my local courthouse and they have no pending case from me. I have also reviewed smallclaim.com and with their BBB rating and reviews, I would also not recommend them!

I will be contacting California State Bar and Attorney General!
I will also be filing a civil suit against them and keep readers posted.
What they did to my family member on a fixed budget is not right!
