The room I'm staying in has bed bugs that ate me and my boyfriend up all night. Then I woke up this morning to go to the bathroom (as I am 9 weeks pregnant, and slipped and fell in the bathroom due to all the water on the floor from the sinks busted pipe. Didn't realize that they had a trashcan under it, attempting to stop the leak. The man at the front desk acted like he didn't even care then wouldn't give me his name when I asked so I know whom to refer him. Customer service sucks. Not to mention all the paraphernalia laying around everywhere from previous drug users and I have a 1 year old here. I understand you get what you paid for but at some point this has to be unacceptable
