This according to Consumer Alert: "We have been informed that PayStstems (the company which processes the order for that sofware), after being told that they would be reported to the Internet Securities and Exchange Commission, promptly refunded the charge to at least ONE "Refund Recovery Software" which did not work. For all inquiries regarding the purchase...contact: Customer Service Department in North America at 1-888-751-0744 or in Europe at 0-800-0751-0744. (Don't know if Europeans have been victimized--just wanted to throw that out there). I've been to the RapidRefundRecovery.com website. The site is up for sale. They still have all their links set up, but do not directly claim to be an affiliate or member of UPS or FedEx. They do everything to make it look as if they are linked, inbetween the lines, but are not. I've been to both FedEx and UPS. They do not recognize this software. Find them in your Yellow Pages and call. Why are they allowing their name to be used? Eventually, they will have to take responsibility for not making this clarification. I have reviewed FedEx "Terms of Service" aggreement, and they are not disclaiming nor acknowledging the current circumstance, which possibly leaves them wide open. Still, try this number to collect that refund. Don't know all the details of your situation. Please, please, please tell if this number is a bomb. Try for that refund. Hope this helps.
