Refund Recovery For UPS AND FEDEX A Scam Took $88.00 from my account in trade for faulty software and refuses to return my emails or phone calls. Unknown
After 3 months of trying to reach this company by the phone number originally provided, and emails, this company has refused to return my calls. Their software is faulty, and they know it. Too many people have ordered this software and found it not working and they all have been refused a refund. Even my bank, Bank of America has sided with them because I do not have a return address for mail this back. Pathetically, I can trust no one, and don't you do so either unless you can see their face and watch it work.
