Political connections, drug distribution and sales to Regional North Florida, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee, money laundering, lies, threats and escort services: Pamela Kerstin Bergendal Geldart, listed online from December 7, 2013 through September 1, 2014 at physical location for "J.S. Geldart CPA/tax/accounting services at her residence 269 Perfect Drive, Daytona Beach" and her respective 40+ page website "www.floridalicensedcpa.com" went "dark and officially offline" on September 1, 2014, after 8 months in operation, and roughly a single week after Ms. Geldart initiated a "domestic violence/cyberstalking" court hearing August 21, 2014 against Mr. Christner (Volusia, Florida CASE#: 2014-322-46-FMCI Cyberstalking) for his having posted this very webpage, and his filing a legitimate and legal complaint with the State of Florida that she was operating as a CPA without a valid license. The State of Florida after four months of investigation March 2014 through June 19, 2014 found "Insufficent Evidence", however her listed "269 Perfect Drive" website, suddenly "shut down", Sept. 1, 2014 does beg a few questions.
Additionally, despite Ms. Geldart's claims of activity/ownership of a half dozen other companies (Google any of the following using quotes: "Pam Geldart Barrette Fence", "DandB Art Agency Geldart" boasting $90,000 in revenue, the now dark "J.S. Geldart, CPA 269 Perfect Drive", or Google "Alibaba Medical Wholesaler Pam Geldart"), and Ms. Geldart this past week, launched September 7, 2014 another concurrent venture, now marketing and selling LED RetroFit luminaries at what appears to be a registered blogsite (Google the new "business: at 269 Perfect Drive): "http://www.regionalfloridalighting.com/"). Ms. Geldart in the past few years lists as owning and operating an impressive half dozen businesses that include one in banking, another selling fence, one distributing local art, another wholesaling medical supplies, eight months (above "J.S. Geldart" with ) providing accounting and CPA services and this week, LED "RetroFit" lighting, each listed at the same home number (Further activity revealed simply Googling her phone numbers: "386-290-3078" or "386-931-0621" and now defunct "386-310-9219".

Pamela K. Geldart DIRECTLY PLAGIARIZED (including a misspelled word) to create her latest online venture, this one called the “Regional Florida Lighting” (www.regionalfloridalighting.com/about-us/). Her blatant copyright infringement comes at the expense of (http://www.ledlightsupply.com/our-vision/) a Calgary, Canada company, called “Evergreen LED”. This copyright infringement, appeared the same day (Sept. 1, 2014) that she shutdown her “J.S. Geldart, CPA” (www.floridalicensedcpa.com) business following the State of Florida’s 4 month investigation into “UNLICENSED CPA ACTIVITY”. Google these terms as well, as she also appears to operate these fake, defunct, and/or shell companies: “The Art Agency”, “Medical Supplies Reseller”, “Smilemakers”, among others, each publicly listed at 269 Perfect Drive, Daytona Beach, FL, 32124.
