Relax The Back Expensive furniture that falls apart and company will do nothinga , Internet
Relax the back and get screwed in the process. Relax the back sells very expensive office chairs and other furnishings intended to be the best in relieving back pressure and pain. These claims are a scam but that is not my issue. The furniture is not better or worse than most of what's on the market, but it is four times as expensive and there is no service after the sale--ZERO.
I bought a $1700 office chair in the Scottsdale AZ store (now defunct). The chair almost immediately had problems with the mechinism. All attempts at getting any customer service failed. I finally reached somebody in Canada who referred me to there CA office. They don't even make their own furniture it is made in China.
The last straw came when the pin the holds the back of the chair to the seat broke and threw me on the floor. Again, i contacted Amber McClain at;

I sent photos and receipts and told them they needed to replace the chair. They said they would send a new pin and i could have it installed by someone?? I said no thanks you are a scam and this is a dangerous situation. The material covering the chair is coming apart and the most of the controls no longer work. I am not abusive on furniture nor am i obese. This chair is just a cheap Chinese through together sold to people who don't know furniture, at outrageous prices.
