Reliable Remodeler.com Supplying old or fake leads to home improvement contractors; promising credit if leads are not real-but they never give you the credit they promise and continue to charge your credit card without your authorization. Be careful! Ripoff Beaverton Oregon
Reliable Remodeler promises to provide leads to home improvement contractors. They sell each lead for a fee. If you accept a lead, they charge your credit card right away. When you call the lead they sold you, you don't get any response on the phone or e-mail. We tried calling the leads they sold us over and over again and sent e-mails to them but did not get through to anyone. One time when we actually spoke to somebody, they said they were not looking for any home improvement job to be done. When we called Reliable Remodeler for an explanation, it took them weeks to respond to our call. After that they said they will issue us a credit for the cost of the bad lead. However, the next time we purchased a lead, they not only did not give us the credit they promised to, but charged us again for the cost of the new lead, despite the fact that we put a big note on the acceptance form that we were buying that lead with the credit they issued us and not to be charged for it. When questioned, they said, "Oh, sorry, that was a mistake". Then they charged us two months of membership fee, although we had credit on our account. When we asked to cancel and demanded a refund for all that, we were told that we were not getting anything.
Reliable Remodeler supplies fake leads, does not keep promises, keeps charging their customer's credit cards without authorization. They are fradulent. Don't give them your credit card number. Don't attempt to buy any leads from them.
